Quick Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are signed in with the same account that saved your plant records.
- If photos are not working, check camera and photo permissions in your device settings.
- If reminders are not working, check notification permissions and reminder settings inside PlantTracker.
- If the website looks out of date, refresh the page or close and reopen the app.
What To Include
When asking for help, include:
- The email address used for your PlantTracker account.
- Whether you are using the website, iPhone app, or Android app.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot, if it helps show the issue.
Account Deletion
You can delete your PlantTracker account in the app from Settings by choosing Delete account and confirming the request. This deletes your plant records, stored account/profile data, and login account. If you need help with account deletion, email Hello@DirtyBirdSoil.com.
